25 This workshop will take the attendees through the process of building a Chameleon (http://chameleon.maptools.org) widget from scratch. The end result will be a widget that works in JSAPI mode and that uses AJAX techniques (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) for manipulating and retrieving data. To get the most out of the workshop, participants should be familiar with some basic Chameleon concepts.
