An additionnal fee of CHF 200 will be charged to regular participants not booking rooms at the Hotel Meridien.

Registration fee covers:

• One-day Tour (with lunch)
• Farewell cocktail
• Conference lunches
• Coffee Breaks

The conference will be held at the hotel Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort.

We have pre-booked 30 rooms for June 9-10, and 130 rooms for June 10-16 at the rate of CHF 180/night (breakfast incl.), which will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis up to availability.

The hotel is full.Contact the organization to check for alternative accomodation.

It is not guaranteed that additional rooms can be booked at Meridien hotel. After the registration you have to wait for a confirmation from the organizing committee.

No registration is considered finalized before the payment is actually received. No refunding will be made after the early registration deadline, that is April 15th, 2007.

In order for a paper to be included in the final program, one of the authors must register to the conference, and do so before the early registration deadline April 15, 2007. Please note that each registered participant is allowed to present at most one paper during the conference.
